How to change spark plugs on Dodge Stratus 2002 4cyl?

I am trying to change my spark plugs but can not seem to get to them. There is rubber wire coming to the spark plug place and regardless how hard i pull this rubber base it does not come off. Can someone explain me how to get this rubber cap off so i can access spark plug ?

Please do not post some standard spark plug instruction that you simply copy pasted from some random website.How to change spark plugs on Dodge Stratus 2002 4cyl?you have to loosen the mounts unhook the tranny and tilt the engine
