V6 3.3L I don't know where there are is it under the v6 silver plate thing?How do you change spark plugs on a 2004 Toyota highlander?you have to remove the plates on the motor, not extremely familiar with that particular motor.. there may be a little black box over each spark plug, you'll have to remove those to get the spark plug out which will be in about a 6 inch hole. pretty easy procedure, just get good plugs and don't forget to gap them.How do you change spark plugs on a 2004 Toyota highlander?OE plugs do not need to be replaced for 100,000 miles. And yes the silver plate must be removed along with many other parts.
