How to change spark plugs on 1993 Ford Ranger 4.0L V6?

I would like to change the spark plugs on a 1993 Ford Ranger with the 4.0L V6. Does anyone out there know if this can be done with typical socket extensions? Or do I need special wrenches to do it. They look accessible enough but I was hoping someone with experience could enlighten me.
