If you buy a used car from a dealer, will they usually change the spark plugs?

Its a 1999 Subaru Impreza Outback, with a 2.2L H4, and it had 72,000 miles when I bought it from a chevy dealer. Now it has 73,000, should I change them anyway? It's always a good idea to change your plugs if you question them... replace them, that way you know it's done, and at what mileage.
