How do you change spark plugs on nissan maxima?

japanese V6 engines seem so complicated. I am not experienced with repairs, but I would like to learn how to do a basic tune up on my first car. the front sparkplugs seem to have easy access, but how do you reach the back 3 to replace the spark-plugs??How do you change spark plugs on nissan maxima?Long time since i did mine and owned an a32 maxima, and believe i had the same trouble and had to remove a few pipes etc.
