How do you change the spark plugs on a car?

Never done such a project before and I was told it's simple but you can mess up bad if you over do one of the steps!!

Buy yourself the little $2 spacer

Ask them what the spacing is on the spark plugs for your car

They know, it's on their computer



Get a wrench

Pull the old plugs out

Check the spacing

Space the new ones

Put the new one in

Easy as that

Tools needed: Spark plug socket, socket wrench, extension if plugs are deep into the valve cover, anti-seize to put on the threads of the new plugs, spark plug gapper to check the gap of the new plugs, dielectric grease to put on the tips of the new plugs before reinstalling the wires.
