How and where do I change spark plugs on a 2001 Cadillac Deville?

The spark plugs are located on the engine. You will need a only a few tools to complete the job. first you have to take the spark plugs out and I recommend doing them one at a time. Take off only 1 wire at a time and change the plug then re-connect the wire so you do not mix up th wires. Make sure that you have the right size socket so you do not round off the edges of the aprk plugs. Then when you are putting in a new plug, they don't have to be put in super tight. Also before you put in the new plugs, you will have to space the tips of them, the specs for doing this should be in the manual for the car.
